Agresti Energy Completes International Patent Application, Strengthening Global Position in Renewable Energy and PFAS Destruction
Agresti Energy completed its International Patent Application, expanding global IP protection of its Fiber Conversion Process (FCP) — a third-generation vertical reactor that turns cellulosic waste into renewable natural gas while neutralizing PFAS, pathogens, pharmaceutical residues, and heavy metals.
Agresti Energy today announced the successful completion of its International Patent Application, expanding global IP protection of its Fiber Conversion Process (FCP). The patent secures exclusive rights to its third-generation vertical reactor design — technology that transforms cellulosic waste into renewable natural gas while neutralizing PFAS, pathogens, pharmaceutical residues, and heavy metals.
Key highlights
- International Patent Application complete; protects the FCP, Pressure Hydrolysis Process (PHP), and 3rd-generation vertical reactor design.
- Builds on the EPA-approved RFS pathway and D3 RIN eligibility.
- FCP achieves complete cellulosic breakdown in hours.
- Oxidatively neutralizes PFAS, pathogens, pharmaceuticals, and heavy metals — destroyed in-process, not transferred.
- Each commercial plant can deliver up to 5 million ethanol-equivalent gallons per year and offset 40,000–80,000 tons of carbon.
- First AFOT (Agresti Facility Optimization & Training) unit in final development.
“Our platform doesn't just convert waste to clean energy — it solves some of the most urgent environmental challenges of our time.”
