This process is adaptable to producing bio-LNG, bio-CNG, bio-ethanol, bio-butanol, bio-plastic, . An Agresti plant can process cellulosic waste streams such as manure, digestate, crop residue, sewer sludge, agricultural waste, food and beverage waste, paper, garden and wood waste. The cellulose from these waste streams are converted to C5 and C6 sugars.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #17892e;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong><u>3rd\u00a0Generation<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/span> \u2013 Agresti Energy\u2019s Fiber Conversion Process (FCP) is the 3rd generation of this proven technology platform.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong><span style=\"color: #17892e; text-decoration: underline;\">15+ Years<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/span> \u2013 Number of years of successful run time to date of the Reactor Vessel Technology. This value varies based on feedstock offset assumptions.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong><span style=\"color: #17892e; text-decoration: underline;\">7.1 Facility Level Energy Efficiency Ratio<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/span> \u2013 (Usable Energy Produced \u00f7 Energy Consumed to Produce It) for the Agresti Energy FCP, reflecting a highly sustainable process. Biofuel energy efficiency ratios tend to only be in the 1-5 range. Our FCP is the first and only process to make full scale, true cellulosic biomass conversion to energy that is significantly efficient. No consumed external energy is required for the chemical conversion of feedstock <br \/>in the Fiber Conversion Reactor (FCR). Pressure and feedstock movement in the FCR are provided by gravity, and the heat\/temperature requirement for the endothermic conversion reactions is accomplished by produced energy from the feedstock itself.<\/p>\n<p>In the United States, the Renewable Fuels Standard (RFS) implemented by the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 (EISA) provides a market that makes our process very economically viable. Under this Act, the goal is to achieve 36 billion gallons of annual biofuel use by 2022.<span>\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #17892e;\"><em><strong>Sixteen billion gallons or 44% of this goal is reserved for cellulosic biofuel as produced by Agresti\u2019s PHP.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span>Current cellulosic production is less than 400 million gallons or<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #17892e;\"><em>roughly 2.5% of the goal<\/em><\/span>.<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>This means production must increase<span>\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #17892e;\"><em><strong>40X<\/strong><\/em><\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span>to meet mandated demand.
